U+ The Gap Between the Ordinary and the Extraordinary is an interactive cultural and artistic space operated by LG U+ located on Gangnam-daero in Seoul. Based on the “Art Garage” concept, it is a space that showcases the creative work and experiments of emerging artists. Visitors can do more than just view the artworks; they can actively participate and discover new forms of art and personal tastes. The first floor features installation art and interactive experiences, while the second floor houses “AI Art Mate” and the “Art Shop.” Floors 3 through 6 serve as exhibition spaces where visitors can enjoy participatory exhibitions and media art. The “U+ Lounge” on the first basement level offers a space where visitors can relax while drawing with various types of paper and pencils or jotting down their thoughts. It is a culture and art platform that makes art accessible and relatable through exhibitions, AI-generated artwork commentary, participatory content, and art merchandise.
