About
Seoul’s animal-welfare festival for its Animal Protection Day, on 17 and 18 October 2026 in front of the Mulbit Stage at Yeouido Hangang Park, for pet owners and everyone else. Highlights include a dog-and-owner run along the Han River, a live pet-advice talk with a well-known vet, stories from adopted dogs and their families, and an adoption ‘red carpet’ for rescue animals. There is also an animal-welfare play zone, behaviour and health advice, pet registration and photo spots. Free except the run.
