LG Arts Center Seoul
LG아트센터 서울 · Seoul
A Tadao Ando concert hall in Magok, and the easiest serious venue to reach from Incheon Airport.
LG Arts Center moved from Gangnam to a new building in Magok, on the western edge of Seoul, in 2022. The architect was Tadao Ando, and the concrete, glass and long curved tube of a lobby are worth seeing in their own right. The main LG Signature Hall seats about 1,300 and programmes international jazz, classical, dance and theatre.
Magok is a new business district next to Seoul Botanic Park, and it is on the airport railway, which makes this the venue to choose if you are flying in or out the day of the show.
| Nearest station | Magongnaru Station (Line 9 and the Airport Railroad), connected to the building; Magok Station (Line 5) is a short walk. |
