About
Chuncheon's long-running local culture festival, now in its 47th year, held on 17 and 18 October in the city hall square. It stages the city's own traditions, including a dragon-spirit shamanic rite and a re-enacted communal fishing game from the Udu plain, alongside a street parade, community-class performances, youth stages, folk-arts troupes and guest acts. Visitors can join random-play dance, folk games, rice-cake pounding and craft sessions. Free.
