The 22nd Sanbuk Pumsil Festival in Yeoju is themed around kimjang, the communal making of winter kimchi that UNESCO listed as intangible cultural heritage in 2013. Visitors can join in making kimchi with fresh produce from the local farms, with new technology added to make it easy for anyone to take part. Free entry.
