About
Miryang is where the famous Buldak fire noodles are made and where the local Matnahyang chillies grow, and its festival is a celebration of Korean spice. On the Miryang riverbank there are chef’s tables, a spicy zone and a cool-down zone, spice challenges, a ‘fill the Scoville scale’ game, and brand experience zones from Samyang and other food companies, with performances throughout. Free.
