A one-day outdoor festival of young performers at Noryangjin football ground in Seoul, run by the Ministry of Culture's I.M. Youth Mic programme, which sends emerging artists to play in everyday spaces around the capital region and Gangwon. The festival version scales that up: a full day of stage performances, hands-on activities, food trucks, a flea market and on-site events. Free.
