About
Ten years of independent cinema on Wonju rooftops: a free, non-competitive summer-night festival planned by local youth, opening with a Gangwon short-film selection — programmed, staffed, and run by citizen-activists as true community cinema, this year atop the Korea Tourism Organization building.
