Wonju's harvest-season celebration of farming and rural culture. A direct farm market sells the region's produce at source prices, family programs cover rural crafts and games, and local arts groups fill the stage across the day. Less a tourist spectacle than a genuine regional fair — which is exactly its charm if you want to see how a Korean provincial city celebrates its farming roots.
