wave to earth are Kim Daniel, Shin Dongkyu and Cha Soonjong, playing a soft, jazz-inflected indie that found its audience almost entirely through streaming and almost entirely outside Korea first — "seasons" and "bad" travelled before anyone at home was paying attention. They now tour internationally more than domestically, which makes a three-night Seoul run something of an event. If you follow them from abroad, this is the show at home.

For visitors: Ages 10 and over. Hwajung Gymnasium is on the Korea University campus — Subway Line 6 to Korea University Station, then about ten minutes uphill. December nights in Seoul are cold and the walk is exposed.

Tickets in Korea sell through Korean platforms (Interpark Global, Melon Ticket, Yes24) and popular shows sell out fast. Buy only from the seller named in the official announcement — resold tickets are routinely voided by identity checks at the door.
