A two-day pet festival at Dongtan Yeoul Park in Hwaseong — a park already built for dogs, with its own pet playground. The fifth edition runs craft programs (walk bottle-bags, photo mugs), plus practical counseling corners: pet legal advice, health-check consultations, and behavior consultations, backed by the agriculture ministry and the Korea Kennel Association. Free entry, 10:00–18:00; bring the dog.
