Getting there
About
Jeungpyeong grows about two-thirds of Chungbuk's ginseng, and its harvest festival has grown into a full-spectrum event: the 'In-Maek Party' pairing ginseng with beer and EDM, an international youth festival, a national song contest, a national busking festival, and nightly fireworks. Family and health experience zones, on-site produce auctions, and traditional ssireum wrestling round it out. Free, 10:00–20:00 along the Bogangcheon sports park.
