About
Korea's main festival for picture books, where original artwork by Korean and international illustrators is shown up close. Each year a guest country is invited; the fifth edition features Taiwan's Jimmy Liao alongside Korea's Kim Dong-seong, under the theme 'Picturing the Memories'. The fair runs from 2 to 4 October at the Sori Arts Center exhibition hall in Jeonju, with author talks, a book market of publishers, a showcase of emerging local illustrators, performances, workshops and a conference. The original-artwork exhibition then stays open until 25 October
