About
The first Drone Soccer World Cup, held in the plaza outside Jeonju World Cup Stadium over four days in September 2025, marking ten years since the sport was invented — in Jeonju. Drone soccer is played with caged drones that score by flying through a hoop, and national teams came from around the world to compete. Alongside the tournament ran a crashing competition, a super-pilot selection event, an international drone industry symposium, performances, and drone try-out sessions for visitors. Free.
