About
Dangjin's sweet potatoes grow in yellow-ochre soil under sea wind from the west coast, which the region credits for their sweetness and dry, floury texture. The ninth edition of this harvest festival sells them direct from the growers below market price, alongside food stalls doing sweet potato fritters, dig-your-own plots for children, craft workshops, a regional produce market and stage performances. Free to enter, with some programmes charged.
