Jo Hui-yeong Gayageum Recital: Melodies of Light II

A solo recital on the gayageum, the twelve-stringed Korean zither, in a small hall built specifically for traditional music — timber-framed and acoustically live, so the instrument is heard unamplified. The theatre sits directly opposite Donhwamun, the main gate of Changdeokgung Palace. Free admission, which for a full solo recital in central Seoul is unusual.
