The Melon Music Awards (MMA) is one of Korea's four biggest year-end K-pop award ceremonies, run by Kakao Entertainment and built on data from Melon, the country's leading streaming service, plus fan voting and expert judging. The 2026 edition is the 18th and, for the first time in its history, expands to a two-day event — effectively a large K-pop festival of major live performances and awards, themed 'Connect.' Attendance is by ticket purchase (not a lottery), and the venue is Korea's only domed stadium, inside Seoul.

For visitors: Set up a Melon Ticket Global account in advance — its English support and international-card acceptance avoid the paid-membership and Korean-phone hurdles of other platforms. Gocheok Sky Dome is on Subway Line 1, the most accessible of the big venues for visitors without a car.

Tickets in Korea sell through Korean platforms (Interpark Global, Melon Ticket, Yes24) and popular shows sell out fast. Buy only from the seller named in the official announcement — resold tickets are routinely voided by identity checks at the door.
