Lee Seung-chul has been a fixture of Korean popular music since 1985, when he arrived as the vocalist of Boohwal — one of the bands that built Korean rock — before going solo at the end of the decade. Four decades on he is still touring arenas, and the voice that earned him the nickname cheonsang-ui moksori, the heavenly voice, is the entire point of the show. The anniversary tour opened in Cheongju in July 2026 and runs through Gwangju, Daejeon, Daegu, Incheon and Busan; these three nights at the KSPO Dome are the Seoul dates, staged with a full band and a production scaled to the arena. Expect a career-spanning set — the ballads that everyone in the room can sing back, and the rock material that made his name.

For visitors: This is a Korean-language show for a domestic audience, with no subtitles or English support — worth knowing before you book. If you are going anyway, the KSPO Dome sits inside Olympic Park: Subway Line 5 to Olympic Park Station, or Line 9 to Hanseong Baekje Station. Early December in Seoul is properly cold, and the walk in from the station is exposed.
