Jarasum Jazz is Korea's best-known jazz festival, and this is its Gangneung edition — indoors at the Gangneung Arts Center rather than on the island in Gapyeong. The 2026 bill brings in Camille Bertault and Alfredo Rodríguez among others, which is a serious international lineup for the price. At ₩20,000 a ticket it is one of the cheapest ways to see musicians of this level anywhere.

For visitors: Ages 7 and over. Gangneung is about two hours from Seoul on the KTX and the arts centre is a short taxi from the station. Mid-October is also when the east coast starts turning — the autumn colour guide has the timings.

Tickets in Korea sell through Korean platforms (Interpark Global, Melon Ticket, Yes24) and popular shows sell out fast. Buy only from the seller named in the official announcement — resold tickets are routinely voided by identity checks at the door.
